Our Story

Succulenta is born from a family enterprise that finally materializes in 2019. It arises from the need to find more places on the island that offer a cuisine with healthy and different alternatives. We are two lovers of healthy, natural and fresh food but perhaps when you mention these three adjectives people may confuse it with a boring or tasteless cuisine. However, we wanted to build a proposal of dishes with a combination of flavors and colors that are based on these three pillars. We want our diners to take away as a souvenir, a succulent “explosion of flavors”.

We love and care for our facilities, as well as what comes out of them. That is why it is important for us to integrate the care of the environment as a philosophy in Suculenta. We strive to select our waste, reduce our plastic consumption and take care of our natural resources. We take care of our great home, the planet earth.
